We currently DO NOT offer refunds on any items. We will gladly accept an item for an exchange or store credit IF APPLICABLE/ ACCEPTABLE.

Please contact  Info@luxynyc.com about returning your items FOR EXCHANGE OR STORE CREDIT within 7 days from the date the order was received. Once the request is received, you will be given a return address to ship your item to. DO NOT SHIP THE ITEM TO ANY ADDRESS OTHER THAN THE ONE PROVIDED TO YOU! The customer is solely responsible for their own return shipment postage. 

CONDITIONS

Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, undamaged, unused, and with all original tags attached. THE ITEM/ITEMS WILL BE REJECTED AND SHIPPED BACK TO YOU, SHOULD ANY OF THE NOTE NOT MET
